Learn what are the steps to Become a Dental Hygienist in the State of Florida


1. Register with the ADA to get your Dentpin Number

2. You must have your original Dentist degree and original certified notes, both translated to English

3. After you must validate your title and notes in: ECE – Educational Credential Evaluators

4. Register to file the NBDHE or INBDE through the ADA http://www.ada.org/ne

6. Register to take the Clinical Exam, Florida Law and Clinical computer through CDCA

Proof of Graduation: Letter of Authorization that you must request from the Board of Dentistry

7. You must write an email to the Florida Board of Dentistry requesting the authorization letter to allow you to take the exams, once you have the letter that is your Proof of Graduation

8. Apply for a Hygienist license through the Florida Board of Dentistry
